From the 405 traveling NORTH:
- 405 NORTH to 605 NORTH
- Take the 605 NORTH to
- Firestone Exit and turn RIGHT at the end of the exit ramp
- On Firestone, go to Woodruff and turn LEFT
- El Caramelo is located approximately 50 meters on your RIGHT.

From the 405 traveling SOUTH:
- 405 SOUTH to
- 105 EAST to Bellflower
- Bellflower Exit and turn LEFT at the end of the exit ramp
- Go to Imperial HWY road and turn RIGHT onto Imperial HWY
- Stay on Imperial HWY to Woodruff Ave and turn LEFT.
- El Carmelo is located approximately on your LEFT just before Firestone.

From the 5 traveling NORTH:
- 5 NORTH to
- 91 WEST to
- 605 NORTH to
- Firestone Exit and turn RIGHT at the end of the exit ramp
- On Firestone, go to Woodruff and turn LEFT
- El Caramelo is located approximately 50 meters on your RIGHT.
(Note: This route is 3 miles longer than the 5 NORTH to Firestone; however, less construction and less non-freeway driving.) |
From the 5 traveling SOUTH:
- 5 SOUTH to
- 605 SOUTH to
- Firestone Exit and turn RIGHT at the end of the exit ramp
- On Firestone, go to Woodruff and turn LEFT
- El Caramelo is located approximately 50 meters on your RIGHT.

From the 91 traveling EAST or WEST:
- Take the 91 to
- 605 NORTH to
- Firestone Exit and turn RIGHT at the end of the exit ramp
- On Firestone, go to Woodruff and turn LEFT
- El Caramelo is located approximately 50 meters on your RIGHT.

From el Caramelo to I-5 SOUTH AND AVOIDING I-5 detours:
- Leave El Caramelo and turn LEFT onto Woodruff
- Turn RIGHT onto Firestone
- Go to I-605 SOUTH (about 3 lights).
- Take 605 SOUTH to 91 EAST to
- I-5 SOUTH
- No detours, no hassle (most of the time), and only 3 miles further.
